Who do we aim to serve
Solutions IT Vanoni is a sole proprietorship, registered in the commercial register (CHE-115.853.087) which offers consulting and management of IT infrastructures for those companies whose size does not justify the internal hiring of a SysAdmin but which depend on a reliable IT system for the proper conduct of their business.
We are focused to companies based in the Locarno region and in the Maggia Valley who want a partner close by to whom they can delegate the management of their IT infrastructure.
Our philosophy
We are oriented towards free solutions by using Open Source software as far as possible to ensure independence and rational use of financial resources. We prefer to recommend investing in quality hardware rather than tying up proprietary software with expensive licensing costs.
We prefer open and publicly documented standards as a guarantee for greater flexibility in choosing software.
We are not related in any way to hardware, software or service providers. If we recommend a solution, we do it out of conviction and not for the collection of a commission.
We take care of your IT infrastructure so that you can dedicate yourself to your business.
Clear prices and transparent conditions
For each project we present a clear and detailed estimate in which all costs are indicated. As we are not hardware or software resellers, we look for the best offer on the market for you, without adding any commission.
The installation and configuration work estimated on the basis of the objectives to be achieved, regardless of the hours spent.
Our management, maintenance and technical assistance services are billed with a fixed monthly amount proportionate to the complexity of your IT infrastructure in order to facilitate your planning of financial resources.
Our contracts do not have a minimum duration and can be terminated at any time with 30 days notice.
